ANNETTE'S CUSTOM QUILTS

 

For many years we have been making hand-crafted quilts for our home, and to give as gifts to family and friends. For those who have received them, these quilts have become instant family heirlooms and treasured keepsakes. Now, because of much demand and encouragement, we are offering unique, custom quilts for general sale.

What we offer: Each of the quilts offered here is hand-crafted and one of a kind. While we can make many quilts that are very similar in design and color, there will almost always be differences - sometimes slight, sometimes dramatic.

To give you an idea of what is possible at Annette's Quilts, we have broken our custom quilts down into three main, broad categories:

  • Size: Our quilts come in three very general size categories:

    • Small: These quilts are used for wall hangings, table runners, buffet table decorations and colorful drapes for chairs.
    • Medium: This size is ideal for cozy lap quilts, throws, baby or children's quilts, and larger wall hangings.
    • Large: By "large" we mean sized for use on beds. This can be single, king or queen sized beds.

  • Theme: Our quilts can be made in a wide variety of themes. Just to give you an idea, some of those themes include:

    • Seasonal Themes: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall, Harvest, etc.
    • Holiday Themes: Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, etc.
    • Hobby Themes: Gardening, Food, Amphibians, Jazz, Country, and on and on...
    • Sports Themes: Your favorite team for the sports fan

  • Color Schemes: Any of our quilts can be made in an infinite mix of colors and color combinations. Some examples of color combinations include:

    • Earth tones
    • Nature and Garden tones
    • Victorian Colors
    • Pastels
    • Traditional Amish colors
    • Southwestern colors
    • Bright Primary colors
    • Country Living colors
    • Sports Team Colors

You get the idea. By mixing and matching size, theme, and color, an endless variety of individual, one of a kind treasures are possible!
