ANNETTE'S CUSTOM QUILTS
ORDER AND CONTACT INFORMATION
PAYMENTS:
Annette's
Garden Shop uses the PayPal
on-line payment system for our crafts. If you are not already
familiar with PayPal, you're in for a treat. It's the easiest
and safest method of making on-line payments, or for sending and
receiving money by e-mail to or from anyone.
SHIPPING:
We ship all
of our products by UPS ground. The shipping charges depend on
the value of the package, and they'll be calculated during checkout.
If you are
purchasing a ready-made item, you should receive it in no more
than 7 to 10 days (probably sooner.) IMPORTANT: If you
are purchasing a custom-made quilt, you must allow plenty of time
for us to create that quilt. The exact time will depend on the
size and complexity of the project. For example, a large quilt
for a king-sized bed, with a complex pattern, could take 3 or
even 4 months to complete. During that time we will keep you updated
on the progress of your quilt, and you are of course welcome to
contact us at any time. You can use the form below, or send e-mail

GUARANTEE:
ALL of the
products sold at Annette's Garden Shop are handmade, and we stand
behind the quality of those products. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with the product you receive, simply return it for
a full refund - no questions asked. If you are ordering a custom
made quilt from our "build-a-quilt" page, we ask that
you only return it if it is damaged or otherwise physically defective,
since that product was made specially, just for you.
